You can do this!

Feeling not-so creative? grab some cardboard and just paint....uh scrape or whatever you call it. This is my favorite technique to add color for my journal pages these days. What started out as a warm up on cardboard, turned into a full blown class idea. Heart Art of course! My hope is to start sharing a bit of that with you in the next few months. For now, just wanted to pass along what I am learning as well. YOU CAN DO THIS! XO

Sending flowers

Thinking of our friends and family on the East Coast and sending flowers! The waiting room is a hard place to be. Figuratively and literally. If you are in the waiting room today, I hope you feel the hug and lots and lots of peace. We will be praying! XOXO

Inspired by Charlotte Lyons again.........always. First cleaning out her studio, then her challenge of letting some things go.......and then this sweet poodle. I love how his eyes sparkle as he watches over my own studio. "You have everything you need for life and sparkliness" resonates with me right now. Generosity makes us sparkle! Such inspiration for sure! Stamped, stitched, stapled and glued! These girls know how to have fun!

Each piece so unique just like the precious girls that made them. My devotion to the heart spoke about just that. Beauty everywhere.

From writst wrap to headband, and even a suggestion to make a belt. Their creativity fueled me, of course!

I think they enjoyed stitching even though they might have not expected that as the class. Everyone did beautifully. Brave girls in art and in Life! Think on such things. Be yourself. Go make a difference and enjoy the journey!

Getting ready for the HeartARt class for One Girl Can Change the World this Friday. So excited to be a part of this two day event and for all that awaits us.
